目的:提高抗菌药物使用水平。方法:对60 例医院感染者抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性调查。结果:抗菌药物使用率93-3% ,抗菌药物平均使用20.9 d,联合用药占64-3% 。青霉素使用占71-4% ,第3 代头孢使用占50-0 % ;抗菌药物使用最多的达15 种。结论:预防用药不当达不到防治切口感染的目的,选药不当容易导致人体正常菌群失调,而且诱发耐药菌株感染,毒副反应增加,卫生资源浪费,这一问题应引起临床医师的高度重视。
Objective: To improve the use of antibacterial drugs. Methods: A retrospective investigation was conducted on the use of antibiotics in 60 hospitalized patients. Results: The antibacterial drug use rate was 93-3%, the average antibacterial drug usage was 20.9 days, and the combined drug application rate was 64-3%. Penicillin use accounted for 71-4%, the third generation of cephalosporins accounted for 50-0%; antibacterial drugs up to 15 species. Conclusion: The prevention of inappropriate medication can not reach the purpose of prevention and treatment of incisional infection. Improper drug selection easily leads to the imbalance of normal flora in the human body, and induces the infection of drug-resistant strains with increased side effects and waste of health resources.
