针对酸刺沟煤矿6上105-2工作面的压架事故,采用理论分析和现场实测的方法对大采高长悬顶综放工作面顶板运移破断特征进行分析,结果表明直接顶悬顶弯曲沉降导致的顶煤超前支架切顶线压碎垮落,致使顶板对支架的合力作用位置前移以及工作面上方至少存在6层硬岩同时破断产生的冲击是压架发生的根本原因。最后提出了防止压架事故的“采空区留条形间隔煤垛”技术。
