(一)前言我们试制的混频器的作用是将目标反射回来的电磁波作为接收信号,而把发射波藕合一部分到混频器上作为本地振荡信号,利用多普勒效应,籍助于混频器上的非线性元件(肖特基二极管)选出多普勒频率信号,并输出到低放级进行放大。此外,为了能降低本地振荡信号被调幅所产生的杂音,本混频器采用了平衡混频的方式,这也有利于信号与本振之间的隔离。
