1 案情简介 2000年12月4日,吉林市卫生局卫生监督所在对市部分豆油经销商进行卫生质量监测时发现:市××粮油经销处销售的豆油浸出油溶剂残留量为239.5 mg/kg,超过国家规定标准(≤50mg/kg)3.79倍,经过调查认定该业户经销的豆油是从黑龙江×地购入100吨,现已售出50吨,剩余 50吨。此行为违反了《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》第9条第12项,依据《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》第42条,本所对当事人作出:(1)责令停止经销超标豆油;(2)公告收回已售出豆油;(3)罚款人民币50000元的行政处罚。
