随着飞速增长的经济,金融创新不断涌现,金融产品及服务日新月异,金融消费也日益普及。与此同时金融纠纷数量急剧攀升,较之普通民商纠纷,金融纠纷以其内容的专业程度高,信息不对等程度大等特性,金融消费者一方往往处于不利地位。纵观各发达国家金融纠纷解决现状,金融纠纷调解机制对于便捷多元的纠纷解决机制的建立必不可少。
With the rapid growth of the economy, financial innovations continue to emerge, the financial products and services are rapidly changing and the financial consumption is also increasingly widespread. At the same time, the number of financial disputes has risen sharply. Compared with ordinary civil-commercial disputes, financial disputes have a high degree of professionalism and large information asymmetries, financial consumers are often at a disadvantage. Throughout the developed countries, financial dispute resolution status quo, the financial dispute mediation mechanism for the establishment of a convenient and diverse dispute resolution mechanism is essential.
