嘉兴电力局通过组合方法分析综合计划管理现状,发现综合计划管理存在三方面的难点以及四方面的原因,据此构建了基于全通道沟通的综合计划管理效能提升模型。这一模型在海宁市供电局试点实施后取得了理想效果,可望在更大范围内推广应用。
Jiaxing Electric Power Bureau through the combination of methods to analyze the status of integrated plan management and found that there are three aspects of integrated plan management and four reasons for the difficulty, thus building a comprehensive plan based on all-channel communication efficiency management model to enhance management. This model achieved satisfactory results after pilot implementation of Haining Power Supply Bureau and is expected to be popularized and applied in a wider scope.
