本文采用本组改良的焦磷酸缓冲液琼脂糖电泳法,测定了100例正常人与55例不同类型白血病患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶百分含量。观察到总酶谱中LDH_3明显增高,有显著性意义(P<0.01);慢性粒细胞性白血病LDH_1下降显著(P<0.01);而急性各类型白血病同工酶谱基本相同(P>0.05),LDH_1下降不显著(P>0.05),有的病例有升高倾向,这可能与癌变时各类型细胞间的分化与发育成熟程度不同有关。对LDH_1升降原因从理论上进行分析与探讨。
In this paper, the modified pyrophosphate buffer agarose electrophoresis method was used to determine the percentage of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isoenzymes in 100 normal subjects and 55 different types of leukemia patients. (P <0.01). LDH_1 of chronic myelogenous leukemia decreased significantly (P <0.01), while the isoenzymes of acute leukemias were basically the same (P> 0.05) , LDH_1 did not decrease significantly (P> 0.05), and some cases had a tendency to increase, which may be related to the differentiation and maturation of different types of cells in canceration. The reasons for the rise of LDH_1 are theoretically analyzed and discussed.
