在盾构隧道建设中,钢模和管片的生产质量是确保隧道质量的一个重要组成部分。随着工程质量的不断提高,钢模和管片的精度要求也不断提高。而目前的传统检测方法因存在着显著的缺陷而无法有效指导修理钢模的工作与预测管片拼装的质量,所以必须采用新的检测技术。本文以此为背景,介绍了该技术的原理、系统组成、测量方法及其在生产中的应用,并可对多次的检测数据做统计分析,证实该技术具有诸多优点,可以满足检测需求,为同行业的从业者提供一些参考。
In the construction of shield tunnels, the quality of the production of steel molds and pipe segments is an important part of ensuring tunnel quality. With the continuous improvement of the quality of the project, the precision requirements of the steel mold and the segment are also constantly increasing. At present, the traditional detection methods have obvious defects and can not effectively guide the work of repairing the steel die and predict the quality of the pipe assembly. Therefore, new detection technologies must be adopted. Based on this, this paper introduces the principle of the technology, the system composition, the measurement method and its application in the production. And it can make statistical analysis on the test data of multiple times. It proves that the technology has many advantages to meet the testing needs, For practitioners with the industry to provide some reference.
