劳动就业和社会保障部门的档案数量巨大,因此如果采用传统的管理方式对其进行管理,会导致诸多的弊端出现。首先繁重的任务量对于从事档案管理的工作人员来讲就是一种考验,如果不对原来的管理制度进行调整优化,必然会造成工作人员的不满,降低档案管理工作的效率。因此本文着重对劳动就业的社会保障的档案管理规章制度的原则进行了分析,以此来促进该部门档案管理的工作效率。
