以烤烟品种K326、Y85、红大为材料,研究了云南保山市部分地区(海拔高度1 500~2 100 m)主栽烤烟品种B2F等级烟叶常规化学成分与种植海拔高度的关系。结果表明,各品种对海拔的敏感性不同,品种间内在化学成分差异较大;K326对海拔高度比较敏感,其常规化学成分与海拔高度呈现一定的规律性,随着海拔的增加,其B2F等级烟叶总糖含量、还原糖含量增加,总氮含量、烟碱含量、K含量降低,且均达到显著或极显著水平;而红大与Y85规律性不明显。
The relationship between conventional chemical composition and planting altitude of main tobacco varieties B2F in some areas of Baoshan in Yunnan Province (the altitude of 1 500 ~ 2 100 m) was studied with flue-cured tobacco varieties K326, Y85 and Hongda as materials. The results showed that each variety had different sensitivity to altitude, and there were significant differences in chemical composition among the varieties. K326 was more sensitive to altitude, and its regular chemical composition and altitude showed certain regularity. With the elevation increasing, the B2F level The content of total sugar and reducing sugar increased, while the content of total nitrogen, nicotine and K decreased, all of which reached significant or extremely significant level. However, the regularity of Hongda and Y85 was not obvious.
