利用中国汽车产业2000~2009年的时间序列数据,将影响汽车产业规模报酬的因素分为3个方面:技术工人、非技术工人和资本.建立汽车产业Translog生产函数模型进行估计,并经过BP神经网络学习算法得到十余年间汽车产业规模报酬的大趋势,从而发现现阶段中国汽车产业规模报酬并未达到理想状态,说明汽车产业的生产规模仍然存在较大的可发展空间.

该文提出了一种强噪声背景下微弱正弦信号频率、幅值与相位三个参数的估计算法.根据离散小波变换,对强噪声背景下采样序列进行预处理,构造N+2个新的序列.对该序列实施离散傅里叶变换,结合序列的构造方式得到了正弦信号频率,相位和幅值的估计算法.仿真实验表明,在不同类型的噪声背景下,该算法具有较高的估计精度与较强的鲁棒性.
