房地产业的改革仍会遇到阻力,拖延不进,只能最终被改革洪流淹没。改革,必然触及利益;改革,必然转变不健康不可持续的发展模式。房地产业,是最有杀鸡取卵式发展嫌疑的产业,也是涉及利益方较多的产业。农民的土地,要被低价征地后才可以成为城市建筑用地,地方政府在征地后还控制入市土地数量,大房产商拖延入市,房价过高,几代普通市民的收入都被“首付”和“房贷”给困扰着,辛辛苦苦一辈子,最终换来儿孙有套房就心满意足了,买房后生活质量下降,追新款的家电和更换新款的衣服频率下降成了多数居民的苦恼。
