牛红细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶经H_2O_2和抗坏血酸-Fe ̄(3=)处理后与其相应抗体的反应及与抗狗、抗猪和抗人红细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶抗体的交叉反应均显著增强;H_2O_2-Cu ̄(2+)和抗坏血酸-Fe ̄(3+)处理后人血清白蛋白及人IgG与其相应抗体的反应也显著增强。结果提示活性氧所致蛋白质抗原与其相应抗体反应的增强可能与某些自身免疫性疾病中抗原抗体复合物的形成有关.
