:《中国图书馆分类法》(以下简称《中图法》) (第 3版 )发行十年以来 ,中国社会发生了很大变化 ,文化、经济、科学技术各方面都有了长足的发展。与之相关的图书分类法的修订势在必行。《中图法》第 4版对第 3版的修订 ,正是反映了我们对政治、经济、文化、科学技术各个领域所取得的成就的理解。鉴于该书的面世 ,各地图书馆工作者在学习和使用过程中一定会遇到各种需要讨论的问题 ,我刊特邀请《中图法》编委会刘湘生、卜书庆、陈树年、张涵四位同志在此做《中图法》(第 4版 )的系列讲座 ;同时希望大家从实践出发 ,积极参与我们的讨论评述。文章不拘长短 ,只要言之有物 ,论之有据即可。本期先刊载系列讲座第一讲 :《中图法》(第 3版 )修订的指导思想、修订原则与修订概貌 ;第二讲 :《中图法》(第 4版 )的主要特色和方法技术。以后将陆续刊载 :图书的改编、类分资料应注意的问题和方法、机读分类数据的标引规则、有关《中图法》(第 4版 )使用中加“0”问题、主要大类的修订要点、通用复分表的修订要点等诸讲。
: Since the publication of the “Classification of Chinese Library Classification” (the “CLC”) (3rd edition) for 10 years, great changes have taken place in Chinese society and great progress has been made in all aspects of culture, economy and science and technology. The revision of book taxonomy related to it is imperative. The revision of the 3rd edition of the 4th edition of the Chinese Library Classification Act precisely reflects our understanding of the achievements made in various fields of politics, economy, culture and science and technology. In view of the publication of the book, library workers everywhere will encounter various problems to be discussed during their study and use. I hereby invite Liu Xiangsheng, Bu Shuming, Chen Shu-nian and Zhang Han, members of the editorial board of China Library Classification Comrades will do a series of lectures on the “CLC Law” (4th Edition) here. At the same time, I hope everyone will take an active part in our discussion and commencing from practice. The article is short and informal, as long as there is something material, the theory can be. This issue is preceded by a series of Lecture Notes: Lecture 1: The Guiding Principles, Amendments and Revised Provisions for the Revision of Chinese Library Classification (Third Edition); Lecture 2: Main Features and Methods of Chinese Library Classification (4th Edition) technology. The following issues will be published successively: adaptation of books, questions and methods for attention to classifications and subdivisions, rules for indexing machine-readable classified data, questions concerning the use of plus “0” in “Chinese Library Classification (4th edition)”, major categories The main points of revision, the revision of the general multi-part table and so on.
