小梁网是房水流出通道及眼压调节的主要部位 ,小梁细胞的形态、体积、收缩特性及其与细胞外基质的相互作用决定了房水的外流易度。而POAG中 ,人的小梁细胞发生了包括细胞外基质堆积、小梁细胞数量减少等形态学及病理学上的变化。小梁细胞内、外环境的变化都离不开小梁细胞内部信号转导系统的参与。本文对此信号转导系统中的信号、受体、转导通路及某些影响因素进行综述 ,以期对POAG的发病机制及治疗提供研究方向
Trabecular meshwork is the main part of aqueous humor outflow channel and intraocular pressure regulation. Trabecular cell morphology, volume, contractility and interaction with extracellular matrix determine the outflow of aqueous humor. The POAG, the human trabecular cells occurred, including extracellular matrix accumulation, trabecular cell number reduction and other morphological and pathological changes. Trabecular cells within and outside the environment are inseparable from the trabecular meshwork internal signal transduction system. This review summarizes the signals, receptors, transduction pathways and some influencing factors in this signal transduction system in order to provide a research direction on the pathogenesis and treatment of POAG
