用杏扁优株‘07-3’作为研究材料,在花芽萌动期和膨大期进行树体喷钙和喷钙离子抑制剂处理,采集盛花期花枝进行室内模拟低温试验,调查低温下不同处理杏扁雌蕊冻害,通过测定不同处理雌蕊的可溶性糖含量、MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性,研究外源钙与杏扁雌蕊抗寒性间的关系。结果表明:外源钙处理提高了雌蕊可溶性糖含量,降低了雌蕊MDA含量,增强了雌蕊SOD酶活性和POD酶活性,显著降低了雌蕊的冻害,提高了其抗寒能力;外源喷钙离子抑制剂处理则相反。
Using apricot-bred line ’07-3 ’as research material, tree spraying of calcium and spraying calcium ion inhibitor was carried out during flower bud sprouting and swollening period. Flowering stage flowering branches were collected for simulating hypothermia in laboratory. The pistil frost damage was studied by measuring the soluble sugar content, MDA content, SOD activity and POD activity of pistil under different treatments. The results showed that the exogenous calcium treatment increased the soluble sugar content of pistil, reduced the content of pistil MDA, enhanced the activities of SOD and POD of pistil, reduced the frost damage of pistil and increased its cold resistance ability. Exogenous calcium ions The inhibitor treatment is the opposite.
