目前,我国总体经济不断发展,各行各业经济都有了巨大的提高。企业想要在目前全球化的市场经济中取得更好发展,就必须不断从自身企业内部进行改进,改进包括管理以及其他各种部分,只有不断进行内部改进,才能适应社会发展。人力资源管理在传统企业管理中不受到重视,但是面对现今市场,只有做好企业内部的人力资源改革,企业才有可能更好发展。
At present, our country’s overall economy is constantly developing and the economy of all walks of life has been greatly improved. If enterprises want to achieve better development in the current globalized market economy, they must constantly improve themselves within their own businesses to improve their management and other various components.
