为预防单一稻瘟病基因抗性容易丧失,培育持久性抗稻瘟病水稻新品种,本研究利用4份保持系、6份恢复系和3份常规稻品种为受体亲本,以75-1-127(含有稻瘟病基因Pi9)和U19(含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi25)为供体亲本,经过多代选择,获得了48份田间高代材料。叶瘟抗性鉴定结果表明,48份高代株系材料中5份表现抗,25份表现为中抗,其余均表现为中感及以上。分子标记辅助选择结果表明,19份高代株系含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi9,5份含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi25。
In order to prevent the loss of genetic resistance of single blast disease and to cultivate new rice varieties with persistent blast resistance, four maintainer lines, six restorer lines and three conventional rice cultivars were used as recipient parents in this study. (Containing blast gene Pi9) and U19 (containing blast resistance gene Pi25) as donor parents. After many generations of selection, 48 high-field materials were obtained. The identification results of the leaf blast resistance showed that 5 of the 48 lines of high-generation plants showed resistance, 25 showed moderate resistance, and the rest showed moderate and above. The results of molecular marker-assisted selection showed that 19 lines of high-generation plants contained blast-resistant gene Pi9 and 5 copies of blast-resistant gene Pi25.
