观察接种H22细胞小鼠的肿瘤生长以及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达是否受表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(-)-(Epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)的影响。结果显示,EGCG各剂量组抑瘤率分别为24.238%、34.002%、40.023%,肿瘤增长均比模型组缓慢,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。EGCG各剂量组VEGF阳性表达均低于模型组(P<0.05);EGCG中、高剂量组PCNA阳性表达较模型组显著减少(P<0.05)。EGCG可以抑制小鼠H22肿瘤的生长、影响VEGF和PCNA的表达。
The tumor growth and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in H22-infused mice were observed to be affected by epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). The results showed that the inhibitory rates of EGCG were 24.238%, 34.002% and 40.023%, respectively. The tumor growth was slower than that of the model group (P <0.05). The positive expression of VEGF in each dose group of EGCG was lower than that in model group (P <0.05). The positive expression of PCNA in EGCG medium and high dose group was significantly lower than that in model group (P <0.05). EGCG can inhibit the growth of mouse H22 tumors and affect the expression of VEGF and PCNA.
