质量管理是医院管理的核心,尤其是在当前治理整顿,深化改革中,质量管理是人们最关注的问题之一。所谓量化方法,实际上是医院工作质量标准评分制。我院自1983年以来采用量化方法管理,提高了医院整体质量建设,收到较好效果。一、做法将医院工作分成若干项目,每项按医院管理要求指标的同期条件的3年平均值,管理者工作经验等设定出具体年度目标值,分解目标值和评分标准。以季度为一个综合检测评定阶段,具体由机关、三处、一部分工,具体实施检测,根据汇总结果,分别以1000分值高低评出一、二、三等质量管理奖。一等奖
Quality management is the core of hospital management, especially in the current governance and deepening reforms, quality management is one of the issues that people are most concerned about. The so-called quantitative method is actually a hospital work quality standard scoring system. Our hospital has adopted quantitative methods since 1983 to improve the overall quality of the hospital and received good results.
