膨胀性软岩遇水变软、流变性强、强度低,使得巷道支护十分困难。在传统锚喷、锚注工艺基础上,林南仓矿针对不同种类软岩,分别应用3种支护方法:大断面可缩支架配合薄喷混凝土联合支护、大断面锚网+架棚+喷射混凝土+底拱+注浆联合支护、全封闭型双层钢筋混凝土支护。3种方法在现场实践中取得了良好的效果,使得一次支护成功率接近70%。
Expansive soft rock with water softening, rheological strong, low strength, making roadway support is very difficult. On the basis of traditional anchor spray and anchor injection process, three kinds of support methods are applied to different types of soft rock in Linnan Cangkuang Mine respectively: large-section collapsible support combined with thin-sprayed concrete support, large-section anchor network + shelving + sprayed concrete + Bottom arch + grouting joint support, fully enclosed double reinforced concrete support. The three methods have achieved good results in field practice, making the success rate of primary support close to 70%.
