[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将114例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。忌食生冷、油腻、辛辣、腥味的食物,按时休息和进餐。对照组57例奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d;克拉霉素,0.25g/次,2次/d;阿莫西林,0.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组57例辨证分型,肝胃不和,疏肝和胃(柴胡、陈皮、半夏制、元胡各9g,枳实6g,白芍12g、乌贼骨18g,生甘草6g);脾胃湿热,清热化湿(黄连6g,姜半夏、白术、木香、陈皮、佩兰各9g,土茯苓15g,桃仁6g);气滞血瘀,祛瘀止痛(蒲黄、赤芍、元胡、川楝子、乌贼骨15g,侧柏叶12g,三七分二次冲服3g,生甘草6g);脾胃虚寒,温胃健脾(黄芪炙、茯苓各15g,桂枝、干姜、甘草炙、元胡、金铃子、吴茱萸各9g,白芍、白术各12g,大枣四枚);1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈31例,有效24例,无效2例,总有效率96.49%。对照组痊愈23例,有效25例,无效9例,总有效率84.21%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Results] The treatment group cured 31 cases, effective in 24 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 96.49%. In the control group, 23 cases were cured, 25 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 84.21%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine is effective in treating peptic ulcer without serious adverse reactions and is worth promoting.
