本文通过四川省成都市特殊教育学校师生的调查案例,探讨了四川省特殊教育发展的现状和问题,发现存在特殊教育经费投入不足、特殊教育资源区域及城乡配置不协调、特殊教育教师队伍整体素质不高等问题。最后提出残疾人教育工作重点依然应以普及义务教育为主,鼓励新生力量加入特殊教育教师队伍、定期对现任教师进行职后培训、加强对特殊教育事业的财政投入、加大财政转移支付力度、促进特殊教育资源的区域合理配置等。只有这样,才能更加有效地促进四川省特殊教育的发展步伐。
