编者说明本刊将从2016年第1期起开始连载中国人民大学出版社新近出版的《MBA运营管理》第5版(梅雷迪思和谢弗著,唐奇译,焦叔斌审校)一书的部分内容。运营管理是企业管理最核心的组成部分,了解和掌握相关的运营管理知识也是做好质量管理工作的基本要求。运营(operations)是指组织中将输入转化为有用的输出进而为事物增加价值的活动。一般认为,企业组织所具有的最核心的三大职能便是运营、营销
Editor’s note This publication will start from the first issue of 2016 serialized Renmin University of China press recently published “MBA Operations Management” fifth edition (Meredith and Xie Fu, Tang Qi translation, Jiao Shubin revision) a book Part of the content. Operation management is the most important part of business management. Understanding and mastering relevant operation management knowledge is also the basic requirement for quality management. Operations are activities in the organization that translate inputs into useful output and thereby add value to things. Generally believed that the three core functions of business organizations is the operation and marketing
