采用四种激素的不同浓度组合处理金针菇,结果表明,以1ppm三十烷醇+0.5ppm萘乙酸+1ppm赤霉素+1ppm激功素组合的菌丝生长速度最大;而以2ppm萘乙酸+0.5ppm三十烷醇+2ppm赤霉素+1ppm激动素组合的菌丝干重最高;分别采用1ppm激功素、2ppm赤霉素、0.5ppm三十烷醇处理子实体,可提高生物学效率。
Flammulina velutipes was treated with different concentrations of four hormones. The results showed that mycelium grew fastest at 1ppm triacontanol + 0.5ppm naphthalene acetic acid + 1ppm gibberellin + 1ppm protamine and 2% naphthalene acetic acid + 0.5 ppm triacontanol + 2ppm gibberellic acid + 1ppm kinetin. The mycelium dry weight was the highest. The fruiting bodies were treated with 1ppm of ginsenoside, 2ppm of gibberellin and 0.5ppm of triacontanol respectively to improve the biological efficiency.
