借助扫描电镜、粒度分析仪等观察分析了碳化物粉末粒度分布、形貌等特性;研究了这些粉末特性对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:团聚烧结法生产的碳化物粉末,其粒度均匀、形状规则、表面粗糙多孔,可作为优选粉末材料。
The characteristics of particle size distribution and morphology of carbide powders were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and particle size analyzer. The effects of these powder properties on the coating properties were also studied. The results show that the carbide powder produced by agglomeration sintering method has the advantages of uniform particle size, regular shape and rough surface, which can be used as the preferred powder material.
