通过盆栽试验,研究施硒对花育25、山花7号和山花8号3个花生品种营养生长、生理特性及品质的影响。结果表明,土壤基施硒3毫克/千克,在开花下针期主茎高、分枝数、根干重、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a/b都高于对照,而类胡萝卜素、叶绿素a/b都低于对照;结荚期叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性,可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于对照。因此,土壤施硒有利于花生植株生理代谢,促进
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of selenium on the vegetative growth, physiological characteristics and quality of three peanut varieties Huayu 25, Shanhua 7 and Shanhua 8. The results showed that the selenium content of soil was 3 mg / kg, the height of main stem, number of branches, root dry weight, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a / b under flowering were higher than those under control, while the content of carotenoids, chlorophyll a / b were lower than the control; SOD, POD, CAT activity and soluble protein content in the podding stage were significantly higher than the control.
