引入加工零件方向性的概念,建立数控加工中各种形态刀心轨迹的数学模型,应用矢量代数、微分几何、复杂函数等理论,提出了一种数控加工轨迹的新算法,其结果可用C语言以图形方式在微机上动态地显示出来。
The concept of the directionality of the machined parts is introduced, and the mathematical model of the tool path locus in CNC machining is established. A new algorithm of NC machining trajectory is proposed by using the theories of vector algebra, differential geometry and complex functions. The results can be expressed in C language Graphically displayed on the computer dynamically.
