近来许多机关举办各种短期训练班,采取供给制,招生结果,使各校学生流动很大,甚至有不能开班上课,影响学生学习,也影响整个教育计划,为了避免这些现象,特作如下规定:一、除因国防建设需要或中央规定的招生任务外,一般业务部门所举办的训练班或专业学校,不得用组织力量在普通学校中去动员学生。二、各业务部门如要设立训练班或专业学校,西北区一级者,必先报请文教委员会批准。省(市)一级者,必先报请省(市)人民政府批准。三、西北区一级各业务部门招生,经文委批准后,应与教育部取得联系;省(市)一级各业务部门招生,经省(市)人民政府批准后,应与省 Recently, many institutions have organized various short-term training courses, adopted a supply system, and enrolled students.
