目的观察中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的疗效。方法将84例青春期功血患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组42例,采用中西医结合疗法治疗;对照组42例,单纯采用西医疗法治疗,3个月为1疗程,停药3个月后统计疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率71.1%、总有效率为92.2%,对照组痊愈率47.6%、总有效率为69%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗青春期功血疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB). Methods 84 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, 42 cases were treated with the combination of TCM and Western medicine. In the control group, 42 cases were treated with Western medical therapy alone. The course of treatment was 3 months and stopped after 3 months. Results The cure rate was 71.1% in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 92.2%, the cure rate in the control group was 47.6% and the total effective rate was 69%. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Integrative treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
