2007年1月,权威咨询机构赛迪顾问公司发布的《2006年中国开发区科技创新竞争力研究报告》显示,西安高新区科技创新竞争力位居全国107个开发区第三位,排位仅次于北京中关村和上海张江高科技园区。近3年,西安高新区平均每天成立约4家科技企业,平均每天至少有3项科研成果变为产品进入市场,其中90％以上拥有自主知识产权,成为国内技术创新最为活跃的区域之一,技术创新能力大幅度提升。
In January 2007, “Research Report on the Competitiveness in Scientific and Technological Innovation of China Development Zone in 2006” issued by CCID Consulting Corporation, an authoritative consultancy agency, shows that the competitiveness of scientific and technological innovation in Xi'an High-tech Zone ranks the third in 107 development zones in the country with the rank of only Second in Beijing's Zhongguancun and Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. In the recent three years, Xi'an Hi-tech Zone has set up an average of about 4 science and technology enterprises every day. On average, at least 3 scientific research achievements have become products entering the market every day. Over 90% of them have independent intellectual property rights and become one of the most active technological innovation areas in China. Technological innovation capability has been greatly improved.
