2004年05月20日,珠江啤酒集团董事长杨荣明、英特布鲁集团董事局主席皮尔·让在广州签订国际市场合作谅解备忘录。根据合作内容,珠江啤酒集团可以利用英特布鲁集团在国际市场上庞大的销售网络,将珠江啤酒销往海外市场,借以实现“借船出海”的目的。英特布鲁旗下“贝克”啤酒则可以借助珠啤销售渠道,进一步打开中国高端啤酒市场。珠江啤酒于1984年开始与英特布鲁进行技术性合作,1998年英特布鲁并购珠江啤酒南京金陵酒厂,双方开始在资本层面的合作。2002年12月,双方进一步从技术走向资本合作,珠江啤酒充分利用英特布
On May 20th, 2004, Yang Rongming, Chairman of Zhujiang Beer Group, and Peel Jean, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Interbreau Group, signed a memorandum of understanding on international market cooperation in Guangzhou. According to the content of the cooperation, Zhujiang Beer Group can use the large sales network of the Internet Group in the international market to sell Pearl River beer to overseas markets in order to realize the purpose of “borrowing to the sea”. Interbrew’s “Baker” beer can use the bead sales channel to further open the high-end beer market in China. Zhujiang Beer started technical cooperation with Interbru in 1984. In 1998, Interbright bought Zhujiang Beer Nanjing Jinling Winery. The two sides began cooperation at the capital level. In December 2002, the two parties went further from technology to capital cooperation, and Zhujiang Beer made full use of Intebo.
