《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》明确指出,建立学生全面发展、教师不断提高和学校不断发展的评价体系,是课程改革成败的关键环节。对学生进行评价是教育过程的一个环节,学生评价的根本目的是为了更好地促进教育对象生动、活泼、主动地发展,改变评价过分强调甄别与选拔功能。对学生的评价不仅要关注学生的学业成绩,而且要发现和发展学生多方面的潜能,了解学生发展的需求,帮助学生认识自我,建立自信。要从单纯通过书面测验、考试检查学生对知识技能掌握的情况,转变为运用多种方法综合评价学生在情感态度价值观、知识与能力、创新精神与实践能力等方面的变化与进步。评价要体现新的教育评价观念,要注重对学生综合素质的考查,强调评价指标的多元化,促进学生全面发展;评价要保护学生的自尊心和自信心,体现尊重与爱护;评价应突出发展变化的过程,关注学生的主观能动性,激发积极主动的态度,要将评价贯穿于日常教育教学活动中,发挥评价的教育功能。

Evaluation should reflect the new concept of education evaluation, we should pay attention to the overall quality of students to examine, emphasizing the diversity of evaluation indicators to promote the overall development of students; evaluation to protect the students’ self-esteem and self-confidence, reflecting the respect and care; evaluation should highlight the development and changes The process of paying attention to the students’ subjective initiative, to stimulate a proactive attitude, evaluation should be run through the daily education and teaching activities, to play the evaluation of educational functions.
