随着21世纪“数字时代”的到来,世界各国先后掀起数字化浪潮,影响着包括文化在内的各个领域,文化数字化应运而生。法国作为一个传统文化大国,历来重视发展文化事业,文化数字化是其提升文化软实力的重要战略之一。法国在数字图书馆、数字影院、数字博物馆等方面取得了卓越的成果,文化数字化进程不断推进。然而,法国的文化数字化战略在推行中也存在一些不容忽视的问题,只有出台合理的解决措施才能保证文化数字化迅速而又健康地推行。
With the advent of the “digital age” in the 21st century, all the countries in the world have set off the wave of digitization in succession, affecting various fields including culture, and cultural digitization has emerged. As a traditional cultural power, France has always attached importance to the development of cultural undertakings. Cultural digitalization is one of its important strategies to enhance its soft power. France has achieved remarkable results in digital libraries, digital cinemas and digital museums, and the process of cultural digitization has been continuously promoted. However, there are also some problems that can not be ignored in the implementation of France’s digital strategy for culture. Only when reasonable measures are put in place can digital culture be promptly and healthily implemented.
