海洋经济的可持续发展要坚持金融先行的发展思路,而海洋金融研究体系的建构则是探索海洋经济发展演化本质规律的出发点和理论指引。本文结合涉海金融活动的基本属性特征,从海洋产业中的金融要素、海上保险、海洋保护区(MPA)可持续性融资、海洋基础设施投融资、海洋空间规划与海洋管理中的金融问题以及海洋金融微观研究等方面,对20世纪80年代以来国际上有关海洋金融领域的研究文献进行梳理,并针对现行海洋金融研究中存在的盲点,从不同视角提出了海洋金融研究的前沿设想。
The sustainable development of marine economy should adhere to the development thought of advanced finance, while the construction of marine financial research system is the starting point and theoretical guide to explore the essential law of marine economic development and evolution. Based on the basic attributes and characteristics of financial activities in the sea-related industries, this dissertation analyzes the financial issues in the marine industry, including maritime insurance, maritime insurance, MPA sustainable financing, marine infrastructure investment and financing, marine spatial planning and marine management, Marine finance and other micro-studies, the paper reviews the international literature on marine finance since the 1980s and proposes the forefront assumption of marine finance research from different perspectives in view of the existing blind spots in marine finance research.
