目的对1起食物中毒进行流行病学调查追踪及实验室检验。方法按照《食品卫生微生物检验方法》GB/T4789-2003进行。结果在剩余食物采样及患者肛拭标本中经实验室检测,检出福氏志贺菌5a。结论该次食物中毒为一起福氏志贺菌5a感染引起的食物中毒。
Objective To carry out epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests on 1 food poisoning. Methods According to “Food Hygiene Microbiological Test Method” GB / T4789-2003. Results In the remaining food samples and patients with anal swab specimens by laboratory testing, detection of Shigella flexneri 5a. Conclusion The food poisoning is caused by a Shigella flexneri 5a infection caused by food poisoning.
