本文报告1616例正常人HC导联计测心电触配组的筛选结果。P电轴最优化配组是HR_3/CL_4°均值为52.36±6.22°变异系数为11.89%;QRS电轴最优化配组是HO/CL_4(HR_3/CL_4) 均值为30.49±31.51。(47.16±33.58°),变异系数103.35%(72.74%);T电轴最优化配组为HR_3/CL_4,均值为51.67±3.79°、变异系数7.47%。P电轴和T电轴较常规最优化配组(Ⅰ/Ⅲ,Ⅰ/aVF)更稳定,但QRS电轴与常规导联无显著性差异。
This article reports 1616 cases of normal HC lead measurement ECG matching group screening results. P axis optimization with HR3 / CL_4 ° mean 52.36 ± 6.22 ° CV was 11.89%; QRS axis optimized with the group HO / CL_4 (HR_3 / CL_4) mean 30.49 ± 31.51.
