当前国内装载机企业为迎合市场需求,追求企业的最大利益,一直致力于开发不同配置的新产品,但受制于成本压力,产品的主线路还是以经济型产品为主。在液压系统方面,无论是定量齿轮单泵液压系统还是多泵组合液压系统,均不能根据负载需求适时调节流量输出,导致系统的能量利用率较低、温度高,需要较大的散热器,还存在元件寿命较低,油耗高等问题。随着国家标准更高要求的推行和用户对节能和环保重要性的认知,深入研究装载机液压系统节能已是当前整机企业发展的重要方向。
