本文叙述了提高涂料在高强度螺栓连接面滑动系数的试验过程,新研制的78-2型无机富锌漆能获得较高的滑动系数,井具有防风化的能力。新喷试件滑动系数可达0.6,曝露大气中两年的试件滑动系数可达0.5。解决了栓焊梁多年来滑动系数达不到设计要求的难题。应用此项成果有明显的经济效益。文章还简要讨论了78-2型无机富锌漆获得较高滑动系数的原因。
This paper describes the process of increasing the sliding coefficient of coatings on high strength bolts. The newly developed 78-2 inorganic zinc-rich paint can achieve high sliding coefficient and well weathering resistance. New spray test specimen sliding coefficient up to 0.6, two years exposure to the atmosphere of the specimen sliding coefficient of up to 0.5. Solve the bolt welding beam sliding coefficient failed to meet the design requirements over the years. The application of this result has obvious economic benefits. The article also briefly discusses the reasons for the high sliding coefficient of 78-2 inorganic zinc-rich paint.
