党中央,国务院关于开放四个经济特区、进一步开放十四个沿海城市及海南岛等政策,给上述地区带来了活力,使其经济改革步伐迈得更快,生产建设得到促进;观念变革走在前面,社会面貌得到改善。虽然开放,引进中遇到不少困难,存在一些问題,但所取得成效及体现作用是不可忽视的,成为我们建设有中国特色的社会主义现代化的先行探索和试验。开放环境中,青年的前途观发生了较大变化。因为青年对前途的追求是影响到社会主义未来事业的重要问題,需要正确的评价和积极的引导。今年春季,我们重点对经济特区深圳、汕头,开放城市广州,海南宝岛的首府——海口市等四个沿海城市青年进行前途观念变化专題调查。以问卷调查为主,采用分层随机抽样方法,按人口比例确定样本数,再随机抽取若干小型集体调查。四城市共发放问卷700份,收回有效问卷616份,回收率为88％,其中,深圳和 The policies of the Central Party Committee and the State Council on opening up four special economic zones and further opening up 14 coastal cities and Hainan Island have brought vitality to the above areas and accelerated the pace of economic reform and production and construction; In the front, the social outlook has improved. Because the young people’s pursuit of the future is an important issue that affects the future cause of socialism, they must be correctly evaluated and actively guided. This spring, we focused on conducting a special survey on the changes in the outlook of the young people in four coastal cities such as the special economic zones of Shenzhen, Shantou, Guangzhou, the open city of Guangzhou, and Haikou, the capital of Hainan Island. Based on the questionnaire survey, a stratified random sampling method was used to determine the number of samples according to the proportion of the population and then randomly selected a number of small-scale collective surveys. In the four cities, a total of 700 questionnaires were distributed and 616 valid questionnaires were returned, with a recovery rate of 88%. Among them, Shenzhen and
