长期以来,中国的教育依然是应试教育占据主导地位。教育资源分布不均,学生的受关注程度也不尽相同。新课标要求把学生的发展放在首位,不能放弃任何一位学生,必须让每一位学生的个性充分、淋漓尽致地表现出来。让每个学生都能得到关爱,得到呵护。有的学校更是把“为了学生一切,为了一切学生,一切为了学生”作为学校的校训。那么,到底该如何落实呢?(一)对每个学生都一视同仁让他们都能感受到老师的重视。人的十指有长有短,智力良莠不齐,能力有高有低。在高中语文教学中,常常会有一些现象,就是学生的基础能力水平相差甚远。有的学生文学底蕴深厚,熟读文学名著,能写出优美动人的文章;但有的学生连遣词造句都不熟练,写出的文章错别字连篇。如果教师不深入了解,就想让他们跟优等生成绩相当,那无异于揠苗助长。作为教师,应该对这一类型的学生耐心
