《招标投标法》的颁布和实施,对规范国内工程项目招投标工作起到了重要作用,保证了工程项目市场的公平竞争。我国已经逐步完善了招投标制度,但在招投标市场中还存在一些问题,不仅破坏了市场竞争的公平性,而且严重侵害了其他市场主体的合法权益。本文分析了当前建筑工程招投标的管理当中存在的问题,并提出了相关对策。
The promulgation and implementation of “Tendering and Bidding Law” played an important role in regulating the bidding and tendering work of domestic construction projects, ensuring fair competition in the construction project market. China has gradually perfected the bidding system, but there are still some problems in the bidding and bidding market, which not only undermines the fairness of market competition but also seriously infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other market players. This article analyzes the problems existing in the current tendering and bidding management of construction projects and puts forward some countermeasures.
