随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展和非公有制企业改革的不断深入,非公有制企业的生存、发展、壮大面临着激烈的市场竞争和诸多的问题,任务非常艰巨,矛盾问题层出不穷,这就使得非公有制企业的思想政治工作比公有制企业更为艰难和复杂,非公有制企业的思想政治工作从某种程度上比公有制企业更显必要性和紧迫性。如何围绕企业的中心任务,开展全方位的思想政治工作,充分调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,促进企业的可持续发展,已成为非公有制企业思想政治工作的重要任务。因而,非公有制企业思想政治工作的重要性不容忽视,其“生命线”的作用只能加强,不能削弱。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy and the continuous deepening of the reform of non-public-owned enterprises, the survival, development and expansion of non-public-owned enterprises are faced with fierce market competition and many problems. The task is arduous and the problems of contradictions emerge endlessly. The public-owned enterprises’ ideological and political work is more difficult and complicated than that of public-owned enterprises. The ideological and political work of non-public-owned enterprises is to some extent more necessary and urgent than the public-owned enterprises. How to carry out a full range of ideological and political work around the central tasks of enterprises, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of employees to promote the sustainable development of enterprises has become an important task for the ideological and political work of non-public-owned enterprises. Therefore, the importance of the ideological and political work of the non-public-owned enterprises can not be ignored. The role of the “lifeline” can only be strengthened and can not be weakened.
