改革开放政策实施以来,我国社会经济水平得到了节节攀升,不断推动者人们的生活水平向着更高的方向发展,在人们从温饱社会逐步迈向于小康社会的同时,人们不断提高对提高医院医疗服务的需求,经过多年的调查研究显示,我国大部分医院内部控制还存在着诸多的不足之处,给我国医院又快又好的发展产生了严重的负面影响。因此,伴随着医院医疗卫生事件改革的不断深入,这就要求医院采取有效的措施打破传统的医院管理模式,将现代企业管理理念全面渗透于医院管理内部控制各个环节中,进一步实现医院的可持续发展。本文将针对于现阶段内医院内部控制中所存在的问题,并结合国内外的先进经验与知识,制定出不断加强医院内部控制力度的有效对策。

Therefore, along with the deepening reform of medical and health events in hospitals, it requires hospitals to take effective measures to break the traditional hospital management model, to fully penetrate the modern enterprise management concepts in all aspects of hospital management internal control, and to further realize the hospital’s sustainable development of. This article will address the existing problems in the hospital’s internal control, combined with advanced experience and knowledge at home and abroad to develop an effective measures to continuously strengthen the internal control of the hospital.
