采用聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳技术 ,对合浦珠母贝 4种组织 (肝脏、外套膜、闭壳肌、鳃 )中的超氧物岐化酶 ( SOD)电泳图谱进行分析 ,结果表明 :SOD具有明显的组织特异性。在肝脏中 SOD由 3个位点编码 ,其中 Sod- 2、Sod- 3座位具有多态性 ;外套膜中 SOD由 3个位点编码 ,其中 Sod- 2、Sod- 4座位具有多态性 ;闭壳肌中 SOD由 4个座位编码 ,其中 Sod- 1、Sod- 2、Sod- 4座位具有多态性 ,肝脏 Sod- 3座位及闭壳肌 Sod- 1座位分别具有一“0”等位基因 ;鳃中 SOD至少由 7个以上位点编码 ,并出现三等位基因编码的 SOD同工酶谱
The electrophoresis patterns of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 4 tissues (liver, mantle, adductor muscle, gill) of Pima pearl oyster were analyzed by polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis. The results showed that SOD Has obvious tissue specificity. SOD was encoded by 3 loci in the liver, of which Sod-2 and Sod-3 were polymorphic. SOD in the mantle was coded by 3 loci, of which Sod-2 and Sod-4 were polymorphic. The SOD in the adductor muscle was encoded by four loci, among which the Sod-1, Sod-2 and Sod-4 loci were polymorphic, the Sod-3 locus and the Sod-1 locus of the adductor muscle had a “0” Gene; gill SOD encoded by at least more than seven sites, and the three alleles encoded SOD isozymes
