目的 :探讨CAD/CAM全瓷冠修复体的厚度对椅旁修复失败率的影响。方法 :通过Cerec系统自带软件测量100例患者全冠修复体(下颌第一磨牙)的牙合面及边缘厚度,利用Wilcoxon秩和检验和卡方检验分析修复体的厚度对临床椅旁修复失败率的影响。结果:CAD/CAM全冠修复体牙合面厚度在>1 mm的条件下,牙合面厚度对修复失败率无影响;冠修复体边缘厚度<0.8 mm,增加了修复失败的风险。结论 :CAD/CAM全冠修复体的厚度对数字化椅旁修复失败率有一定影响,全冠修复体牙合面和边缘厚度达到一定的安全值,降低了修复失败率。
Objective: To investigate the influence of the thickness of CAD / CAM all-ceramic crown restoration on the chair failure rate. Methods: The occlusal surface and edge thickness of the crown restoration (mandibular first molar) of 100 patients were measured by the software of Cerec system. Wilcoxon rank sum test and chi-square test were used to analyze the thickness of the restoration on the chair-side repair failure Rate of impact. Results: The thickness of occlusal surface of CAD / CAM crown restoration was less than 1 mm. The thickness of occlusal surface had no effect on the failure rate of restoration. The edge thickness of crown restoration was less than 0.8 mm, which increased the risk of failure to repair. CONCLUSION: The thickness of CAD / CAM crown restoration has a certain impact on the failure rate of digital chair repair. The crown and the thickness of the crown restoration reach a certain safety value, which reduces the failure rate of restoration.
