“借班上课”是现在很多公开课、评比课等比赛采用的形式。面对陌生的学生和环境,如何在短短的接触时间内让学生明白你的教学。笔者通过对“借班上课”的体验,得出在课前走一走,了解场地器材;聊一聊,掌握学生状况;说一说,简述教学流程;奖一奖,适当物质刺激这一途径,达到了解学生,熟悉场地器材的目的,为顺利实施公开教学奠定坚实的基础。
