在交通部镇江大港建港工程的试桩锤击加速度测试任务中,我们设计了一种冲击隔离器,它用在固定于桩身的阻抗变换器上,以减弱桩身传来的冲击激烈程度。由于桩身在打桩过程中承受数百个g的锤击加速度,因此,阻抗变换器的抗冲击性能是这一测试成功与否的关键。实测结果表明,它的隔离冲击的效果比较好,完全适合在试桩中使用。本文介绍这种冲击隔离器的设计原理结构性能、及其应用。
In the task of test-pile hammering acceleration test of Dagang Port Construction Project of Zhenjiang Dagang, Ministry of Communications, we designed an impact isolator, which is used on the impedance transformer fixed to the pile body to reduce the intense impact of the pile body . The impact resistance of the impedance transformer is the key to the success of this test because the pile is subjected to a hammer acceleration of hundreds of grams during pile driving. The measured results show that its isolation impact is better, completely suitable for use in the test pile. This article describes the design principle of the impact isolator structure and performance, and its application.
