传统农业轮胎的圆弧度较小,遇到玉米、棉花等比较硬的作物根茬时,容易被扎坏。最初,有人希望通过添加钢丝来增加轮胎硬度,但效果并不好,而且成本大幅提高,单纯靠提高硬度并不能解决轮胎容易被扎坏的问题。后来,人们转变思路来解决问题,一是通过改变轮胎花纹,增加圆弧度,使轮胎和作物硬茬产生滑转;二是增加轮胎柔软度,提高轮胎的弹性。贵州轮胎股份有限公司通过两个方面的改进,设计了耐扎R-1S型农业轮胎,通过试验,其耐扎性大大提高,使用寿命增加了50%以上,是一种节能的新型产品。
