对底部两层框架－抗震墙砖房侧移刚度的确定方法进行分析，指出了现有方法存在的问 题，提出了较为合理的侧移刚度确定方法和简化计算公式。
The method for determining the lateral displacement stiffness of the two-story frame-shock-resistant wall at the bottom is analyzed, and the problems existing in the existing methods are pointed out. A relatively reasonable method for determining the lateral stiffness and a simplified calculation formula are proposed.
